FAQs

How much time is required?

Each shift is about 2-2.5 hours, and we ask you to do a shift every couple of weeks. Easy!

Are there any requirements to volunteer?

Yep — just a couple. You need to be 16 or older, reliable, and able to lift up to 20kg. Don’t worry, we’re not asking you to haul couches — but you’ll be lifting boxes or shopping bags of food.

How will I keep track of my shifts?

Easy — once you’re signed up, you’ll use an app called My Impact to see your shifts, get reminders, and let us know if you’re unavailable. Super simple, and it keeps everything in one place.

Can I get a certificate for my volunteering?

Absolutely! You’ll receive a Certificate of Service — great for CVs, scholarship applications, or just a bit of pride.
